About Us

Travelling around the world as a sailor, coach, race official or yachtsman, our team often find ourselves in situations where we need information about local service providers, such as sailing shops, sail makers, boat/RIB charterers, boat repairs, private accommodation at venues and many other essential services.

Similarly, many of us will need to buy or sell equipment, but it is usually complicated to sell or buy second hand sailing equipment, or to find the best advertising platform. One option is to post handwritten adverts on official notice boards at clubs or when at regattas, but the audience is very limited, or pay to advertise online

From these experiences, the Nautest seaBay Team developed the idea to create a web and smartphone environment dedicated to the sailing community, which would provide easy access to find service providers - whether local or international - and provide a marketplace to sell equipment easily.  But we also wanted to go a step further than many of the current online platforms, and put the service provider and advertiser easily in control of their adverts on a day to day basis and offer both a totally free service, alongside a fee based service. From this Nautest seaBay was born.

Nautest seaBay is a fully dedicated solution for the sailing community - whether you are a professional or recreational sailor, cruising boat owner, yachtsman, coach, race official, club, event organizer etc. We aim to put service providers and individuals selling boats and equipment together with potential customers around the world. Nautest seaBay is for everyone whose lifestyle, hobby or profession is connected with sailing and watersports!

We provide excellent seller tools to best describe your items and you can upload multiple adverts and photos free of charge on our standard listing, and we don’t charge any fees for buying and selling, You can also choose to boost your advert’s exposure by paying a small fee. Once you have a buyer, it is then over to you to arrange payment and collection/delivery options. Private and Trade Advertisers are welcome.

Whilst you can search for items in specific locations or within your country, the Nautest seaBay marketplace also showcases your items to a vast worldwide – and is available in English, French and Spanish languages.

Nautest seaBay is the easiest way to source services, sell equipment, and find items you are looking for. Wherever you are in the world, when searching the adverts on Nautest seaBay, you will always see the nearest adverts to your actual location on the top of the list. To find the quickest route from your location to the destination of the advertiser, just tap the advert’s map and the fastest/shortest route options will show

Our goal is to provide the best and most convenient solutions for the sailing community around the world.
