The Class Association has no liability for any losses that you may incur as a result of purchasing any equipment and/or services advertised by third parties. Marketplace exists as a service to enable parties to advertise equipment to potential purchasers, and if you choose to purchase any equipment advertised for sale by third parties on the Marketplace, the contract will be between you and the third party advertiser and not with us.

Please be warned to check that any enquiries and payments are genuine and do not part with any of your equipment until you are satisfied that payment has been made. Be aware of fraudsters and "advance payment scams" that operate.
